At Ada Valley CrossFit, we believe fitness is for everyone, and we believe anyone benefits from fitness - not just the traditionally athletic, not just the experienced, and not just the able-bodied.
The All Ability Athletes Program was created to open our doors wider to the communities we live in and provide a safe, supportive, and empowering training environment for individuals of all abilities, including athletes with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other physical or developmental challenges.
This program is built on a simple but powerful truth:
when people of all abilities train together in a supportive environment, everyone benefits. The individuals, the families, the community.
Our Belief: Fitness Is a Human Right….and Need
Movement builds more than strength. It builds confidence, connection, routine, and joy.
While each athlete may arrive with different limitations or needs, every individual who walks into this program is treated first and foremost as an athlete; we believe, and have seen, each is capable of progress, deserving of a challenge, and worthy of belonging.
This isn’t about comparison.
It’s about participation, effort, and growth - at any level.
We use the same core CrossFit methodology and Boot Camp style programming that guide our other proven programs, thoughtfully adapted where necessary to meet each athlete where they are.
Classes focus on:

• Strength, balance, and coordination
• Fun, engaging group workouts
• Clear structure and consistent routines
Every workout is scalable.

We’ve already seen meaningful progress across this group of amazing individuals - but the impact doesn’t stop with the athletes in the program.
Yes, there have been physical gains: improved movement, strength, balance, and coordination.
But just as important is what happens across the group.
Athletes show up with energy. They encourage one another. They celebrate effort. They care, deeply, about the people training beside them. That presence changes the dynamic of the gym in the best possible way.

Coaching With Heart
This program is led by our experienced and passionate coaching staff - coaches with big hearts, experience, and an unwavering belief in what these athletes are capable of.
Our coaches meet athletes where they are, adapt movements with intention and care, and create an environment built on respect, positivity, and encouragement.
