CrossFit Classes

Our daily training program that helps build strength and conditioning through a variety of movements. Workouts change daily and can be adapted to meet the needs of all participants. All classes are one hour long. 

Monday: 5am, 6am, 5pm, 6pm

Tuesday: 5am, 6am, 6pm

Wednesday: 5am, 6am, 5pm, 6pm

Thursday: 5am, 6am, 6pm

Friday: 5am, 6am, 5pm, 6pm

Saturday: 10am

Sunday: By appointment

On Boarding Classes

If you are new to CrossFit, this is the place for you.  On Boarding consists of 6 one hour sessions focusing on learning the fundamental movements and techniques found in our regular CrossFit classes.  You will also get in a great workout!
