On Boarding Classes

If you are new to CrossFit, this is the place for you.  On Boarding consists of 6 one hour sessions focusing on learning the fundamental movements and techniques found in our regular CrossFit classes.  You will also get in a great workout!

CrossFit Classes

Our daily training program that helps build strength and conditioning through a variety of movements. Workouts change daily and can be adapted to meet the needs of all participants. All classes are one hour long.
